Portable sleep machine a disappointment

My husband recently purchased the Lectro Fan EVO and loves it because it’s much louder than any other sleep machine he’s owned. We need it because we live on a busy street. We travel so decided to try the Micro because it would be much lighter to carry in luggage. It is not even close in sound at full volume. I will be returning them for a second EVO.

Small package with great sound

I have not used it for its intended use yet (travel) but it is a tidy little sound machine/speaker - easy to transport and holds a charge!

Great customer service

I've had this model several times. My original micro model lasted forever, but didn't hold a charge and then finally stopped working after about 8 years of use.

This model seemed great. I went with this style because I always take it with me when I travel and I bought a hard case for it. When I first got this model, I was impressed with how long it held a charge. Two nights ago, I charged it fully. Last night I went to turn it on and it was dead. I placed it on the charger and still wasn't able to make it work.

EDIT: I gave the above review and immediately received a call then follow up via email when I didn't respond to phone. They immediately sent me a replacement. I really love this little white noise machine. Great sounds in a small body.

I really like the quality and design of the LectroFan. I have however had some issues with the battery charging and the device not working after a charge. I am still evaluating to see if it's a real problem. Great sound effects!
